Bulk Coach does not expose Apple Health over MCP. External clients can use supported workout tools, but they receive no Health summaries, individual readings or unrelated health data.

Separate means separate

Connecting Apple Health inside Bulk Coach does not grant an external assistant access. The current OAuth configuration cannot express an independent external Health decision, so the Health tool stays private to the first-party coach.

What stays first-party

Inside Bulk Coach, separately permitted weekly summaries may cover bodyweight trend, body composition, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, steps, energy, protein and training minutes recorded elsewhere. Those summaries are not returned by MCP tools.

Freshness before interpretation

The server reports whether data is fresh, stale or historical. A client should name the period rather than present an old value as current, and it must not treat an in-progress week as settled.
