Account and data
Account deletion is available inside the app. If you cannot access the app, contact us through support chat.
Subscriptions
Purchases, cancellation and refunds are managed through the App Store. Bulk Coach includes a restore-purchases action inside the subscription screen.
MCP and external assistants
Follow the MCP setup instructions to connect a compatible client. Revoke an unwanted connection in Bulk Coach first, then contact support if a client continues to present an old cached result.

Bulk Coach is not an emergency or medical service. If you experience symptoms that may require urgent care, stop training and contact the appropriate medical service.
