How to connect the Bulk Coach fitness MCP server to a supported AI client and control its workout access.

DIRECT ANSWER

Add https://good-swordfish-720.convex.site/mcp to a compatible client, sign in through Bulk Coach and approve the connection. Manual setup works without a directory listing.

Connection sequence

The exact client wording may differ, but the security sequence does not.

  • Add https://good-swordfish-720.convex.site/mcp manually, or select Bulk Coach if the client already shows a verified listing.
  • Sign in to the existing Bulk Coach account.
  • Review the client identity and the workout tools it discovers.
  • Use the client's tool controls and approval prompts for the intended task.
  • Return to Bulk Coach to block every connected assistant immediately when access is no longer wanted.

If setup fails

Check that the client supports remote Streamable HTTP MCP, that the production server URL is exact and that the athlete has not revoked external-agent access. Never paste a development personal token into an untrusted client.

Confirm the connection

Start with a read such as listing recent workouts. Review the returned athlete and workout context before enabling a write tool in the client.
