Progress the work you can prove.

Track reps, load, effort, exercise history and weekly volume so progressive-overload decisions start with completed work.

DIRECT ANSWER

Bulk Coach supports progressive overload by recording load, repetitions, effort and exercise history, then making those records available for later planning and coaching. Progress can mean more than adding weight: another rep, better execution or an appropriate change in volume can also matter.

Beat the right number

The active workout can place previous performance beside the current prescription. That makes the next target concrete without promising that every session must produce a record.

Keep effort in context

A heavier load at much higher effort is not the same signal as a clean rep added inside the target range. Logging effort helps the later decision retain that context.

Review trends, not one noisy day

Exercise history and weekly volume show patterns across completed training. The coach should use those records and say when evidence is too sparse for a confident change.
